Photo finish horse racing hack

The horse named "Quiet Acceleration" may have had another reason to accelerated for a winning finish.
Prosecutors alleged that a snapshot of the 'photo finish' shows the jockey has more than the reigns in his left hand--a buzzer to send an electrical shock to the horse. Prosecutors are charging 43-year-old jockey Roman Chapa with a felony, "unlawful influence on racing,” based largely on that photo taken January 17th at this racetrack in Houston. Chapa's track record at the track is questionable. He's been suspended twice before--once in 2007 for using an electrical device on a horse and once in 1994 , for using a nail to make a horse run faster.
Investigators say the jockey told them that picture was photo shopped by someone trying to frame him.
